Forensic Disability

At Superability Assist, we proudly support NDIS participants who have had contact with the justice system. Our Forensic Disability Services are designed to provide specialised, person-centred support to individuals with disabilities who are navigating complex legal and correctional environments.

We recognise the unique needs and risks faced by participants involved in the justice system and deliver tailored supports aimed at reducing reoffending and supporting compliance with Court-imposed conditions. Our approach is collaborative—we work closely with participants, their families, guardians, legal representatives, and other key stakeholders to promote rehabilitation and social reintegration.
Our experienced multidisciplinary team—including forensic psychologists, social workers, and criminologists—develops individualised support plans that align with each participant’s goals, risk factors, and supervision requirements. These plans may include:
-
Forensic assessments
-
Therapeutic interventions
-
Support coordination
-
Risk management strategies
-
Community reintegration support

We are highly experienced in supporting individuals under Court-mandated orders, including:
